A 16-year-old female presents to your office because she has never menstruated. She was referred by her primary care provider. Her primary care provider performed a pregnancy test, which was negative, and ordered a pelvic ultrasound. The ultrasound showed a small uterus with a faint endometrial echo and normal ovaries bilaterally.
