17 yo never sexually active G0 with osteosarcoma of the left mandible presents to the pediatric gynecology clinic for fertility preservation counseling. The patient was initially treated with 5 cycles of neoadjuvant methotrexate, doxorubicin and cisplatin (MAP). She experienced disease progression and subsequently received high dose ifosfamide and etoposide followed by surgical resection.
