A 2-year-old female is referred to your clinic, by her pediatrician, because of “no vaginal opening.” The child’s mother states that she looked at the patient’s vagina after her bath and noticed that her daughter had no vaginal opening. She took the patient to the pediatrician who then referred her to you for further evaluation and treatment.
