A 15-year-old female with a history of recurrent urinary tract infections was admitted with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and a recurrent urinary tract infection.  An ultrasound done in the Emergency Room revealed an abnormal pelvic fluid collection.  The patient was seen today; she states that the pain from her bladder infection has improved since admission and she denies other complaints.  She notes that she had 1 spot of vaginal bleeding about 2 years ago and no bleeding since.
